Service Agreement

By allowing 99 Solutions and its owner to provide support for your Mac needs, you agree that technical services will be provided without guaranteed outcomes, fixed timelines, or a guarantee that older or cost-ineffective computers can be serviced. You agree that you have backed up your data, and 99 Solutions is not responsible for any data loss, accidental damage, or issues caused by existing viruses, software, or hardware failures. You authorize the temporary installation of service and diagnostic software, which will be uninstalled upon completion. We will provide cost estimates and obtain your approval before exceeding them. Billing minimums apply: 1 hour for on-site appointments, 30 minutes for remote/phone support, and a discretionary 30-minute minimum per direction for travel outside our local area. Full payment is due upon completion via cash, cheque, or e-transfer; advance payment will be requested for software licenses or orders.
